1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
The product is dead on arrival.
The product arrives in a damaged condition.
The product has a major variance from the specifications mentioned on our website.

Products damaged due to customer misuse, with missing parts, or in an unsalable/tampered condition will not be accepted for return.
Returns are not accepted after 15 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Window
Customers must initiate a return/replacement request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Jasdone Spares reserves the right to inspect and test the returned product before approving the request.
4. Replacement Policy
If the returned product is verified as eligible, customers will be given the option of a replacement.
Replacements will be processed within 7 working days from confirmation of the return.
5. Refund Policy
In special cases, where replacement is not possible, a refund may be initiated.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after confirmation and will be credited to the customer’s original mode of payment.
Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, or other incidental costs may be deducted from the refund, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
6. Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled before shipping without any charges.
If cancelled after dispatch but before delivery, Jasdone Spares may charge a penalty to cover packaging, logistics, and transaction costs.
